Better recovery and rest

It is a basic supplement, when I stop taking it I notice it after a few weeks. Being a man and over 40, zinc should be among the basic supplements.

Good value for money product
Perfectly presented. The pills are medium to large in size, tasteless. As for the effectiveness I have been taking them for a short time but it seems that along with melatonin helps me to rest and recover better for the next day's workouts. I recommend it.
Perfectamente presentado. Las píldoras son de un tamaño medio tirando a grandes, sin sabor. En cuanto a la efectividad llevo poco tiempo tomándolas pero parece que junto a la melatonina me ayuda a descansar y recuperar mejor para los entrenos del día siguiente. Lo recomiendo.

I have been taking it for about 3 months (3 capsules before going to sleep) and honestly, I notice it. I combine it with the Magnesium and Ashwagandha so that I get the full magnesium intake. I rest much deeper and fall asleep quite quickly when I get into bed. In terms of performance in my workouts, it's true that I don't notice it in a beastly way, but I do notice an improvement.
Llevo tomándolo unos 3 meses (3 cápsulas antes de ir a dormir) y sinceramente, lo noto. Lo combino con el Magnesio y Ashwagandha para que tenga el aporte de magnesio completo. Descanso mucho más profundo y me duermo bastante rápido al meterme en la cama. En cuanto a rendimiento en mis entrenamientos si que es cierto que no se nota de manera bestial pero si que noto mejoría.
