I have been taking it for about 3 months (3 capsules before going to sleep) and honestly, I notice it. I combine it with the Magnesium and Ashwagandha so that I get the full magnesium intake. I rest much deeper and fall asleep quite quickly when I get into bed. In terms of performance in my workouts, it's true that I don't notice it in a beastly way, but I do notice an improvement.
