This ZMA supplement is great, I have been on a regular basis with regards to test levels these past few months, and since I have found this product (I take 3 before bed) I am starting to see results in my mood, recovery and libido. Thank you!

Quality at a good price
Easy to take as it is in capsules, tasteless, digested quite well, no problem in the stomach, I take it at night with glycine as I notice a plus in sleep, more restful sleep.
