Works for me
I use it in times of intensive hypertrophy training. When I handle heavy workouts I get micro-tears (small yellow bruises) I take this and in 1-2 days they disappear.

I was given it as a gift with a purchase, and I was surprised. It had been years since I had taken it, and I have noticed it pleasantly. In my case it helped me with rest (fatigue) and sleep. The combination of Zinc, Magnesium, Aspartic Acid and B6 is brutal. I combined it with melatonin, the days that the fatigue was brutal and the next day I was like new.
Me lo regalaron con una compra, y me ha sorprendido. Hacía años que no lo tomaba, y lo he notado gratamente. En mi caso me ayudó con el descanso (fatiga) y conciliar el sueño. La combinación del Zinc, Magnesio, Ácido Aspártico y B6 es brutal. Yo lo combiné con melatonina, los días que la fatiga era brutal y al día siguiente estaba como nuevo.
