It works
I can simply say that it works, it gives you a restful sleep. I, who wake up 900 times every night, woke up a couple of times but I always woke up with that feeling of "I slept well". I've been 4 or 5 days without taking it and I wake up again with a crushed feeling. I think it is one of the few supplements that is not a placebo.

Yo,. que soy de levantarme 900 veces cada noche, me despertaba un par pero siempre me despertaba con esa sensación de Que a gusto he dormido.
