I love it

I use it a lot as a "fast" food also to take away and always have a resource at hand. The chocolate flavored one... a blast.

Yo lo utilizo mucho como comida " rápida" también para llevar y tener siempre un recurso a mano. El de sabor chocolate... una pasada.

Very good product

It is very easy to drink with milk, since it is like a kind of colacao/nesquik (chocolate/hazelnut flavor) and in terms of effectiveness it is spectacular, you gain weight immediately.

Se hace muy fácil de tomar con leche, ya que, es como una especie de colacao/nesquik (sabor chocolate/avellana) y en cuanto a efectividad es espectacular subes de peso enseguida

Goodbye to hunger

I train in the mornings and I barely have appetite, with a shake of these I don't get hungry until after an hour and a quarter. I tried to train taking only protein and the truth is that there is no point of comparison, you can feel the carbohydrate boost it gives you, 100% recommendable apart from the fact that it makes you gain more or less weight, training like this is a pleasure.

Entreno por las mañanas y apenas tengo apetito, con un batidito de estos no me entra hambre hasta pasada la hora y cuarto. Intente entrenar tomando solo proteina y la verdad que ni punto de comparacion, se nota el chute de carbohidratos que te da, 100% recomendable fuera de que te haga ganar mas o menos peso, entrenar asi da gusto
