I've tried the CHOCO BLANCO-PB flavor and it's really very good (nothing artificial like other brands), I've mixed it with water or with fresh cheese shake, cold and hot and very good in any way; and if you also accompany it with rice flour to make a cream before going to bed, your stomach goes to bed happy! Very good dissolution and normal digestion.

We love HSN casein. We have been eating it all summer in ice cream form and we are hooked on it. It is perfect!

It tastes good (I ordered the crema catalana) and it is thick like a custard, it depends on the water you add but you can get a consistency like a custard. The bad thing is that it's a little more grainy than I would like it to be.

Very good taste, it dissolves well and with little milk it makes a very good mousse, you can tell it has digezime because it digests very well.

Very complete aminogram. Good quality-price ratio. Very mild flavor in the case of the chocolate one. If you are looking for something delicious, this is not the best option. But if you are interested in nutritional properties, it is a very good choice.

Meets my expectations

The truth is that I have never been one to take dietary supplements, but a friend told me about this product and I just tried it. I bought the chocolate flavor and I love it to take in moments of craving for something sweet! I usually take it with oat or almond milk, and sometimes I even mix it with an espresso coffee to have a mocha, but in a healthy version. I can't say anything about the effects on muscle mass yet, but otherwise I highly recommend it! I edited the chocolate flavored casein and I'm really happy with it. I had high expectations and they have exceeded them by far. It takes away my cravings for sweets and the little bit of hunger I have when I sleep. It can be taken as a mousse or as a protein shake. I take it as a mousse, I use 30g of casein and 60ml of oat milk. Then I mix it, and if necessary, I add a little more milk and stir again. My roommate, who has never been one to take supplements, has loved it, even more than me for sure. I have only been taking it for a week and, as I said, I only take it with oat milk, but it can be mixed with yogurt, creatine, water, among other things. I highly recommend its use because, apart from being a delight, it is tremendously beneficial and a great help for our progress in terms of gaining muscle mass.
