Very good chocolate flavor
I have never taken casein before. What I can say is that it dissolves very well with water and has a very rich chocolate flavor. I tried it with oat milk and it did not dissolve at all. However, you can still drink it if you don't mind swallowing the lumps that remain. For the moment, I don't know if it fulfills its regenerative function. I have been taking it for 1 week. I wake up with more energy, that's for sure.
Nunca antes había tomado caseína. Lo que puedo decir es que con agua se disuelve muy bien y queda con un sabor a chocolate muy logrado y rico. Probé con leche de avena y no se disolvió del todo. Sin embargo, se puede tomar igualmente si no te importa tragar los grumillos que quedan. De momento, no sé si cumple con su función regeneradora. Llevo 1 semana. Me levanto con más energía, eso sí.
