Very happy with these essential amino acids from HSN. I use them both in gym sessions and mountain biking or running. The effectiveness is total and I have noticed a lot of difference since I take them, the recovery is very fast and I am delighted. As for the flavor, more of the same, I bought the lemon flavor and I love it, it dissolves great with cold water.
