Since I prefer to spend money on Essentials and protein powder rather than BCAAS... I left them aside but for those who want them, they are a good formulation. Although I would recommend buying it without the glutamine, in the end you are paying Gluta at the price of amino.
Visto que prefiero gastar dinero en Esenciales y proteína en polvo antes que en BCAAS pues... los deje de lado pero para quien los quiera, son una buena formulación. Aunque lo recomendaría comprar sin la glutamina, al final estas pagando Gluta a precio de amino.
