I have never urinated amino acids with this 12:1:1 ratio. Not enough time has passed to be able to evaluate the results but in principle with such a ratio the protein should be absorbed better.

It is a good product. The flavor is a bit overdone in my opinion. I chose the cola one, but it's not bad at all. It is effective. At a minimum it is good.

Good value for money
Personally I prefer the 2: 1 :1 ratio but there was no glutamine and I tried this one. The taste is good and the price is very competitive but for absorption issues in a vegan diet I will continue to use some other 2 :1 :1 option.
Personalmente prefiero los ratio 2: 1 :1 pero no lo había con glutamina y probé este. El sabor es bueno y el precio muy competitivo pero por temas de absorción en una dieta vegana seguiré usando alguna otra opción 2 :1 :1

Great taste and easy dissolution
I loved it. It tastes just like the cola sodas they serve in movie theaters, which are also powder-based. Mixed with a little sparkling water, it could perfectly pass for a normal soft drink. Very tasty and refreshing, only improvable in a version without sweeteners. It dissolves well.
Me ha encantado. Tiene el mismo sabor que los refrescos de cola que sirven en los cines, que también son a base de polvos. Mezclado con un poco de agua con gas, podría pasar perfectamente por un refresco normal. Muy rico y refrescante, solo mejorable en una versión sin edulcorantes. Se disuelve bien.
