I take it while training without being able to say if it is noticeable or not, it does have a strong sour taste although it can be taken. I bought it on clearance sale and you can try it, at the normal price it is quite expensive.
Lo tomo mientras entreno sin poder decir si se nota o no, eso sí tiene un sabor fuerte agrio aunque se puede tomar. Comprado en liquidación se puede probar, al precio normal es bastante caro.
