One of the cleanest proteins on the market, I use it for pre-workout shakes and it works great, but always mixing it with a bolero because the pure flavor is too strong.

I take it combined with Evodrink and the truth is that when a demanding training session comes, it is very noticeable. Both products have good synergy and fatigue appears later and to a lesser extent, but no one gets rid of the stiffness the next day.
