Great Oatmeal, I have been using them for a long time and all the flavors offered have never disappointed me. In the morning shaker with Protein (I take RAW 80% concentrated), combined with 10 grams of Collagen, they make me feel good until then of lunch. I can say that in addition to having excellent nutritional values, they regulate the intestines very well, in fact I have never had more problems with constipation. Recommend!
Ottime farine di Avena, le uso da tempo e tutti i gusti proposti non mi hanno mai deluso.
Nello shaker del mattino con le Proteine (prendo le RAW 80% concentrate), unite a 10 grammi di Collagene, mi fanno stare bene fino all'ora di pranzo.
Posso dire che oltre ad avere degli ottimi valori nutrizionali, regolano molto bene l'intestino, infatti non ho mai avuto più problemi di stipsi.

Great oatmeal. I use it to make pancakes and with the tasting pack I was able to try various flavors. I find them very good and with very good solubility.
