Healthier option
I do not recommend this unflavored option to be taken alone with water, as it has a strange taste, but it is excellent to mix with other things that already have flavor, and it dissolves very well. And it is a healthier option since it has fewer ingredients (no harmful flavorings or sweeteners, etc.) and more protein.
Esta opción sin sabor no la recomiendo para tomarla sola con agua, ya que queda un sabor raro, pero es excelente para mezclarla con otras cosas que ya tengan sabor, además se disuelve muy bien. Y es una opción más saludable ya que lleva menos ingredientes (sin saborizantes ni edulcorantes perjudiciales, etc.) y más cantidad de proteínas.
