What I was looking for
I was looking for a protein without taste, something of quality. My expectations have been met. I did not want it to make shakes or anything like that, in that case I would do it with fruit and perfect recovery. Personally I add it to oatmeal or if I don't want carbs at that time then with yogurt.
Buscaba una proteina sin sabor, algo de calidad. Se han cumplido mis espectativas. No la quería para hacer batidos ni nada parecido, en ese caso lo haría con fruta y perfecto recuperador. Personalmente lo añado a la avena o si no quiero carbohidratos en ese momento pues con yogur.
