Neutral flavor. You have to like that milky taste. If so, excellent solubility and digestibility. Personally I like to mix it with yogurt or milk for an extra protein punch.

I have been buying it for years and I love it, the flavor has a soft touch of milk and it dissolves perfectly, the only downside I would put is that the 4 kg format is never available and this forces me to order more often.

An 80 that turns out to be a 100 because yes, it has a very good 80% of protein but in certain occasions it becomes so indispensable that it becomes a 100% resolute. On occasions when you need that shot of protein is so easy to carry and so easy to dissolve with water with juice or whatever you prefer to repeat .... an 80 that becomes 100.

I do not raise the effectiveness because I do not believe in the effectiveness of proteins compared to other amino acids, not because of the product. Presentación la acostumbrada, en bolsa, y la calidad, solubilidad, hablando del neutro, buenas. He empezado por envase pequeño a ver qué tal encaja con los saborizantes y sin ellos, en razón del testeo, tras estas primeras buenas sensaciones, pasaré a envase mayor.

Excellent protein
The nutritional values and amino acid values are really good, I would recommend taking with instant oats with brownie flavor so it flavors more, if not, I would opt for the variant with coconut or white chocolate and coconut flavor.
