Ideal

My nutritionist recommended this brand to me, I didn't know about it. It has the best prices I've seen considering the good quality of the product. I ordered the chocolate flavor with cookies for a little variety and as always super good taste. I recommend anyone who trains and takes supplementation to try it.

Lactose-free, a round of applause

I bought it for my partner, who is lactose intolerant, and he loves it. But I have to admit that the cotton candy flavor got me hooked too, super successful.

Good

I took the strawberry white chocolate flavor, it is rich in flavor, I use it as a post workout shake and I also take it with the cheese shake for dessert. It dissolves very well without lumps.

Quality price

I love it

They taste very good

I take this product mainly in the mornings, accompanied with hsn oat flakes and milk. I chose it for the white chocolate and lemon flavor, and the mix is spectacular! for post-workout I use the hydrolyzed protein because it digests a little better and I always train in the afternoon (so I don't get to bed too heavy).

Poor flavor

I chose the white chocolate-strawberry flavor and I find that the flavor is very weak, you can hardly distinguish the flavors because of its low intensity. I do not know if it is because it is hydrolyzed protein but the texture of the powder does not convince me, it looks like a paste rather than powder, but as I said, it is possible that it is because it is hydrolyzed. Otherwise it is still a good protein with a good price. PS: Opening the bag counts as an arm routine.
