Until now I always took protein concentrate (Evowhey 2.0) and afterwards I felt bloated and gassy. With this protein all is quiet down there. What a relief!!!! And the taste is just as good. 100% recommended if, like me, you have problems with lactose.
Hasta ahora siempre tomaba proteína concentrada (Evowhey 2.0) y después me notaba hinchado y con gases. Con esta proteína todo está tranquilo por ahí abajo. Menudo alivio!!!! Y el sabor es igual de bueno. Recomendable 100% si, como yo, tienes problemas con la lactosa.

Honestly, I choose this protein because it does not taste as sweet as others, the iso or concentrated ones are too sweet for my taste, although I still consume. This is my opinion. It is a matter of taste.

Of all the Hsn proteins, it is the one that suits me best. What I don't like is that it comes in a bag and the few flavors it has compared to the others, but it is one of the best quality-price proteins on the market.
