Excellent product
I am lactose intolerant, so most proteins are bad for my stomach, as these are the only ones with which I have not had a single discomfort, no gas or anything. For me they have become essential. I would also like to highlight the good taste and texture they have. I have tried the chocolate and strawberry, chocolate and lemon and vanilla. All of them are quite good, especially with milk.
Soy intolerante a la lactosa, por lo que la mayoría de proteínas me sientan mal en el estómago, pues éstas son las únicas con las que no he tenido ni una sola molestia, ni gases ni nada. Para mí se han convertido en algo esencial.
Destacar también el buen sabor y textura que tienen. He probado las de chocolate y fresa, chocolate y limón y la de vainilla. Todas bastante buenas, sobre todo con leche.

I think the best one is this one. The concentrated one makes me personally gassy. And I think the isolated one also a little bit. I bought the white chocolate and lemon hydro and it was the one I noticed the least in terms of gas, the flavor was good, with a taste much more lemon than chocolate.
Creo que la mejor es esta. La concentrada a mi personalmente me provoca gases. Y creo que la aislada también un poco. Compré la hidro de chocolate blanco y limón y fue la que menos he notado en cuanto a gases, de sabor estaba buena, con un sabor bastante mas a limón que a chocolate.

I take Hydro Whey because I am lactose intolerant, and this product is perfect, it does not cause digestive or gastrointestinal problems. In the past I bought the chocolate coockie flavor, very good for shakes but with water it didn't taste great, while this time I bought the strawberry and coconut flavor and even with water it tastes amazing! It dissolves in no time and tastes like fruit juice with bits of coconut, great!
Tomo Hydro Whey porqué soy intolerante a la lactosa, y este producto es perfecto, no causa problemas digestivos ni gastrointestinales. En pasado compré el sabor chocolate coockie, muy bueno para batidos pero con agua no tenia gran sabor, mientras esta vez he comprado el de fresa y coco y hasta con agua sale increíble! Se disuelve en nada y sabe a zumo de frutas con trocitos de coco, buenísimo!
