At last a plain hydrolyzed option
Normally, hydrolyzed protein is mixed with Glutamine, Creatine, etc. In this case it is pure Protein, so you can take (or not) the other substances choosing the quantities. It dissolves better, it is absorbed faster, has less lactose, more protein content... The only bad thing is that it has few flavors and the price is somewhat high.
Normalmente la proteína hidrolizada va mezclada con Glutamina, Creatina, etc. En este caso es Proteína pura, así que se pueden tomar (o no) las otras sustancias eligiendo las cantidades. Se disuelve mejor, se absorbe más rápido, tiene menos lactosa, más contenido de proteína... Lo único malo que tiene pocos sabores y el precio es algo elevado.

I had never taken protein before, so this is a new "world" for me, in the hsn blogs they took me out of doubt and I have started with evohydro vanilla. The taste is very mild, not at all cloying. It dilutes very well in water without leaving lumps, has a very good price compared to other sites, and it seems to me quality protein, the amino acid profile seems to me correct. the order arrived home in two days and that it brings a dispenser included, at least for the first time I had ordered ... is a success. The package in which it comes maybe a little big for the 500gr, but it's ok. Very happy with the purchase, of course.
Nunca había tomado proteínas, por lo que este es un "mundo" nuevo para mí, en los blogs de hsn me sacaron de dudas y he comenzado con evohydro vainilla. El sabor es muy suave, nada empachoso. Se diluye estupendamente en agua sin dejar grumos, tiene muy buen precio en comparación con otros sitios, y me parece proteína de calidad, el perfil de aminoácidos me parece correcto. el pedido llegó en dos días a casa y que traiga un dosificador incluido, al menos para la primera vez que había pedido.. es todo un acierto. El paquete en el que viene quizás un poco grande para el de 500gr, pero está bien. Muy contento con la compra, desde luego.
