Good taste and not heavy

Incredible flavors

Better than expected
I have taken the yogurt flavor with melon and it tastes just like the melon wedges. It is true that it is much less heavy than the other proteins, I have stomach problems and this one is noticeable that it does not leave you bloated after taking it, I still have to see how effective it is when it comes to muscle recovery, but for now a good amount of protein in grams and it feels good!
Me he cogido el sabor de yogur con melón y sabe igual que las cuches de melón. Es verdad que es mucho menos pesado que las otras proteínas, yo tengo problemas de estómago y este se nota que no te deja hinchado después de tomarla, todavía tengo que ver que tan efectiva es a la hora de recuperación muscular, pero por ahora una buena cantidad de proteína en gramos y ¡sienta bien!
