Good protein, very easy to digest. Although I have difficulties in digestion, this one has not given me any problem. The flavor white chocolate and lemon, very tasty. The only drawback is the presentation in bag, which is somewhat uncomfortable to take advantage of all the product until the end, but I manage to solve it.
