A great discovery.
I am lactose intolerant. I purchased this product with some misgivings because of the stomach consequences that could result from its use, but the recommendations were very positive. I am not afraid to say that I was not wrong. I have even less gas than taking soy vegetable protein, the taste is very successful and its ratio of protein per hundred grams is very good. Highly recommended.

The composition and values of this protein are very good, especially according to objectives, that we have this alternative, because for digestive problems it is very good. I add a couple of spoonfuls to my morning coffee to give it more flavor since I am drinking iced coffee flavor and it is very tasty, it is not very sweet. I dissolve the coffee and the protein first with a little water and the rest with vegetable drink.
La composición y valores de esta proteína son están muy bien, sobretodo según objetivos, que tengamos esta alternativa, porque para problemas digestivos va muy bien.
Yo le echó al café de la mañana un par de cucharadas para darle más sabor ya que estoy tomando sabor café helado y está muy rico, no es muy dulce.
Disuelvo el café y la proteína primero con un poco de agua y el resto bebida vegetal.
