I really like this protein, I always took the whey ones, however, this time I made a change, and I was right, it feels much better, and the speculoos flavor is very good.

Good dissolution
I think it is a good protein because of its composition and it dissolves very well. On the downside I have to say that personally the smell it has, the chocolate flavor, I disliked it a lot.

Very good proteins, the percentage of protein per dose is one of the highest I've tried, they dilute very well in both water and milk and the cookie-chocolate flavor is very good and the best thing is that it is not cloying. I take them daily and I must say that they are not heavy and are easily digested, highly recommended.

Iced coffee is my favorite
HSN's hydrolyzed protein in iced coffee flavor is my favorite. The isolate is also great but for me the hydrolyzed one is more digestive. A 10 for this product.
