Good protein
It is a good source of protein and is quite balanced in terms of values. It dilutes in a few seconds in a shaker and does not make any lumps. As for flavors is something totally personal.... My favorites are the caramel cookie and lemon-white chocolate. All of them in general are smooth and are better with milk than with water.
Es una buena fuente de proteínas y de valores está bastante equilibrada. Se diluye en pocos segundos en un shaker y no hace nada de grumos.
En cuanto a sabores es algo totalmente personal... Mis favoritos son la de galleta caramelizada y choco blanco-limón. Todos en general son suaves y están más ricos con leche que con agua.
