Very tasty and I believe effective
This is the first time I take protein for exercise. I've been doing sports for at least 13 years, about 6 times a week, 44 years, and lately I noticed that I lacked drive, I was struggling to recover and I felt a little more tired. Now I feel more energetic, even more motivated. It tastes great. I had to change my diet a little bit because eating the same as before I did not lose the extra weight gained at Christmas, 1.5kg. After almost two weeks of testing I am satisfied.
Es la primera vez que tomo proteínas para hacer ejercicio. Llevo al menos 13 años haciendo deporte unas 6 veces a la semana, 44sños, y últimamente notaba que me faltaba empuje, me constaba recuperar y me notaba un poco más cansado. Ahora me siento más enérgico, incluso más motivado. De sabor está buenísimo. He tenido que cambiar un poquito mi dieta ya que comiendo lo mismo de antes no perdía el peso de más ganado en Navidad, 1,5kg.
Después de casi dos semanas probando estoy satisfecho.

The ideal protein
The quality-price ratio is unbeatable. The flavors are very good. I am going to comment on the three I bought. The nougat one is very similar to nougat ice cream, the tiramisu one is very close to the well-known dessert and the lemon yogurt one is practically identical to a drinkable yogurt of that flavor. In the case of these three flavors, for my palate, perhaps the first two are a little sweet for my taste; but it is for my taste, I am not very fond of sweet, I am sure that the vast majority will find it perfect. The dissolution is good and the supply of amino acids is perfect. The ideal protein for me right now.
La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Los sabores están muy conseguidos. Voy a comentar los tres que adqurí. El de turrón se asimila mucho al helado de turrón, el de tiramisú es muy cercano al conocido postre y el de yogur de limón es prácticamente idéntico a un yogur bebible de dicho sabor. En el caso de estos tres sabores , para mi paladar, quizás los dos primeros estén un pelín dulces para mi gusto; pero es para mi gusto, que no soy muy aficionado al dulce, seguro que a la gran mayoría les parecerá perfecto.
La disolución es buena y el aporte de aminoácidos es perfecto.
La proteína ideal para mí ahora mismo.
