Good idea
The small sachets are good to carry in the backpack. I use it for incidentals during the work day. If I haven't been able to make a good meal, etc. The yogurt and lemon flavor is good but not my favorite.
Los sobres pequeños vienen bien para llevar en la mochila. Lo uso para imprevistos durante el dia de trabajo. Si no he podido hacer una buena comida, etc. El sabor yogurt y limón bien pero no es mi preferido.

I have been taking these proteins almost daily for more than 6 months. I mix them with 300ml of milk and a scoop and they are very tasty, they can also be taken with water if you want them to be less heavy. I recommend using a shaker with a filter to avoid lumps.
Llevo más de 6 meses tomando casi diariamente estas proteínas. Yo las mezclo con 300ml de leche y un scoop y están muy ricas, también se pueden tomar con agua si quieres que sean menos pesadas. Recomiendo utilizar un shaker con filtro para que no deje grumos.
