In my case I buy it because I find it difficult to eat and for me it is an excellent supplement to reach the necessary amount of protein that I need to consume daily. It decreases possible cravings. I take it neutral because I mix it with a yougur and add a little bit of oat drink so it doesn't thicken so much. Also in the morning I hydrate chia with macha tea and in the same tea I add the protein scoop.
