Very sweet
I have only been using it for a week and I don't know if it is effective. The 500g format seems to me very large for the content it brings. My flavor is cinnamon roll and it is excessively sweet, I don't know if I will be able to finish it, it is easy to loathe it that way.

Good product
I don't usually take lactose, although I'm not intolerant and I've had this protein on a regular basis. As for the flavor, the coffee and caramel flavor is not very faithful, it is very sweet but not bad, and the salted caramel flavor is the same.
No suelo tomar lactosa, aunque no soy intolerante y me han sentado regular esta proteína. En cuanto al sabor el sabor de café y caramelo no es muy fiel, es muy dulce pero no está malo y el de salted caramel igual.
