The chocolate and cookie flavor is very good. I take it only when I need to quickly reach my daily protein goal. I mix it with almond milk to add creaminess.

As I always say, this site is good, nice and cheap. But the quality of their proteins (I have taken this one and two others that I will try to evaluate as well) are very good. I like the taste and especially its nutritional value that I recommend you to look at. I have tried almost all the flavors except strawberry which is a flavor that I don't like but I can't comment on it because I have never bought it. I use protein not only for shakes, but also shakes with oat flakes, or if you add an egg and water (or milk) you can make pancakes, they are delicious! And if you add fruit, even better
Como siempre digo, esta página es buena, bonita y barata.
Pero la calidad de sus proteínas (he tomado esta y otras dos más que voy a intentar valorar también) son muy buenas.
Me gusta el sabor y sobre todo su valor nutricional que te recomiendo que mires.
He probado casi todos los sabores menos fresa que yo de por sí es un sabor que no me gusta pero no puedo opinar de él porque jamás lo he comprado.
Yo las proteínas las uso no sólo para batidos, también batidos con copo de avena, o si le echas un huevo y agua (o leche) puedes hacerte tortitas ¡Salen riquísimas! Y su añades fruta mejor
