Good value for money
The flavor was vanilla. I found the quantity to be good and the price as well. It is very good for increasing your daily protein requirements, as these are depleted. Besides I read that it had digestive, that is, it helped in the digestion of the same.

I chose the chocolate one and the flavor is very good. The only drawback I see is the packaging. Too big and too long. It would be more comfortable and manageable smaller
