I'm celiac and I have to say that these proteins work great for me, I've been using them for two years and I'm very happy. They mix very well with water or milk, but I take them with Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries and peanut butter as the last meal of the day and post workout. My favorite and very successful flavors are white chocolate with peanut and chocolate in all variations.

In my opinion the best protein
Coffee with milk flavor. From my point of view the flavor is not very successful (it is still too sweet for my taste), but I can say that after trying many other proteins from different manufacturers and flavors (some from other big name brands) I can conclude that it is my favorite. Not only for the value for money, but also for the taste.
