Good protein low in carbohydrates and fat especially if you intend to define or lose weight. Muscle recovery is noticeable, you feel less fatigued the next day. The flavors are good, they win when mixed with some skim milk.

Easily digestible protein
I have been taking protein supplements all my life. This is one of my favorites, very successful flavor resembles Nutella. And I think it is one of the best value for money on the market. The only big problem is the format. They should give the possibility to buy them in a jar, the bag system is very bad.
Llevo toda la vida tomando suplementos proteicos. Esta es una de mis favoritas, sabor muy logrado se parece a la Nutella. Y calidad precio me parecen de lo mejor del mercado. El único gran pero es el formato. Deberían de dar la posibilidad de comprarlas en bote, el sistema de la bolsa es muy malo.
