Rich and effective!
I bought to try the chocolate and hazelnut flavor. It is very tasty, although it is true that it is quite sweet, so I will try the banana or dark chocolate :) It's effective, I feel more energetic, since I needed protein and I don't eat a lot of meat. And I'm combining it with creatine, which gives me energy and I'm growing muscle with the training :)
Compré para probar el sabor de chocolate y avellanas. Está muy rico, aunque es verdad que es bastante dulce, así que probaré el de plátano o chocolate negro :)
Es efectivo, me siento con más energía, ya que necesitaba proteína y no como mucha carne. Y estoy combinándolo con creatina, lo cual me da energía y estoy creciendo en músculo con el entrenamiento :)
