Good quality at a good price. I have tried the flavors coffee with milk and chocolate, and both are very good, although I am more of a chocoholic. It dissolves very well and digests very well. I use it for breakfast with oatmeal flakes and post-workout. The first time I tried it it had an unbeatable price, so it was top rated, although it is still both good value and good quality. As for the delivery, by MRW and they are fast, although I have always had some incidence with them in this service. I insist in short: VERY RECOMMENDABLE PROTEIN.

This protein is very rich and digestive. I switched to the isolated one because the other one was too heavy for me. I take it with semi-skimmed milk after training. At the moment my favorites are the chocolate and cookie and the caramel. The cheesecake with berries tastes like a frigopie and it's not bad for a change either.
