I have been taking these proteins almost daily for more than 6 months. I mix them with 300ml of milk and a scoop and they are very tasty, they can also be taken with water if you want them to be less heavy. I recommend using a shaker with a filter to avoid lumps.
Llevo más de 6 meses tomando casi diariamente estas proteínas. Yo las mezclo con 300ml de leche y un scoop y están muy ricas, también se pueden tomar con agua si quieres que sean menos pesadas. Recomiendo utilizar un shaker con filtro para que no deje grumos.

I always buy it, it is light, easy to dilute, goes with everything, this is the one that suits me best in my particular case because it has the least amount of calories in relation to the grams of protein per serving. Spectacular. This time I ordered white chocolate-coconut flavor, it's good but it's not one of my favorites. Siempre la compro, es ligera, fácil de diluir, pega con todo, esta es la que mejor me viene en mi caso particular porque tiene la menor cantidad de calorías en relación con los gramos de proteína por servicio. Espectacular. Esta vez me he pedido sabor chocolate blanco-coco, está bien pero no es de mis favoritas. Me gusta comprar de 2kg para no tener que hacer tantos pedidos porque la verdad es que la tomo casi todos los días. Muchas gracias.
