A basic supplement for that extra protein our body needs. I recommend the salted caramel flavor, my favorite. I personally do not recommend the cookie/cream flavor. I don't think it's very successful and the taste is too sweet. If you find your flavor, this is a good protein.

The downside is that there is hardly any variety of flavors in the 4kg format. Some flavors I have tried and like are salted caramel, chocolate-cracker, white chocolate-coconut, chocolate-hazelnut, cookies-cream, vanilla, coffee with milk, nougat, white chocolate-lemon, strawberry-white chocolate.
