this protein is a marvel. super light, it doesn't upset the stomach at all and the flavors are really good, they don't taste like sweeteners and chemicals like other brands. the chocolate and the white chocolate and coconut flavors are wonderful. the vanilla is good but a little artificial for my taste. i wouldn't change this protein for anything.
