ottime come sapore e anche come solubilità, sono di rapida digeribilità e vanno bene anche per chi ha intolleranza al lattosio, io ho preferito il gusto vaniglia perchè ha un profilo aminoacidico migliore rispetto altri gusti, da notare infine che il profilo degli aminoacidi è molto buono e sopratutto ben bilanciato.

High foaming, poor solubility
Compared to Whey 2.0 protein, Evolate dissolves much worse, creating protein balls that fail to break down, leaving the unmixed protein powder inside. It generates a lot of foam, which is uncomfortable. You take the leap thinking that you are buying a better product and you find yourself disappointed.
En comparación con la proteina Whey 2.0, la Evolate se disuelve mucho peor, creando bolas de proteína que no logran romperse quedando en su interior la proteína en polvo sin haberse mezclado. Genera mucha espuma, resulta incomodo. Uno da el salto pensando que esta comprando un producto mejor y se encuentra con esto, decepcionado.
Hello Bhae, We recommend using a shaker with a grid or mixing ball so that no lumps appear in the shake, shaking vigorously for a few seconds in this way Evolate does not generate any lumps. Recomendamos emplear un shaker con rejilla o bola mezcladora para que no aparezcan grumos en el batido, agitando vigorosamente durante unos segundos de esta forma Evolate no genera ningún grumo.
Respecto a la espuma, se forma por la agitación, simplemente, tan solo unos segundos reposando el batido son suficientes para hacer que toda la espuma desaparezca.

Taste, quality and solubility
I have tried the strawberry-banana flavor and it is very successful. It dissolves very well (soy drink or water) and if there are any lumps it is even pleasant to the palate. In terms of effectiveness I have tried other brands and I consider it to be effective. Highly recommended and value for money is one of the best on the market. The ingredients are of high quality and it is to be appreciated.
He probado el sabor Fresa-plátano y esta muy logrado. Se disuelve muy bien (bebida de soja o agua) y si queda algún grumo incluso es agradable al paladar. En cuanto a efectividad he probado otras marcas y considero que es efectiva. Muy recomendable y relación calidad precio es de las mejores que hay en el mercado. Loa ingredientes son de calidad y es de agradecer.
