Despite being lactose intolerant, I can digest the whey very well, also the dissolution is easy. The cream cookie flavor has a mild vanilla and buttery cookie aroma, very versatile for baking and ice cream. Unfortunately, it does not taste like cinnamon or artificial lemon. It would be great if there were 1kg packs, to have a medium between the 500g and 2kg ones.
