After 2 weeks is when you begin to notice its effects, in my case I had a noticeable increase in performance and a good decrease in general fatigue, has a good dissolution even when mixed with milk, the only downside I would put is that the hermetic seal of the container deteriorates easily.
Al cabo de 2 semanas es cuando empiezas a notar sus efectos, en mi caso tuve un notable aumento de rendimiento y una buena disminución del cansancio general, tiene una buena disolución aún mezclándolo con leche, la única pega que pondría es que el cierre hermético del envase se deteriora con facilidad.
