I tried the regular creatine at the time and it worked pretty well. I think it's worth paying the difference to have something more quality. As it is unflavored I can mix it directly with the protein and take it all in one shake.

Ya probé en su momento la creatina normal y funcionó bastante bien. Creo que merece la pena pagar la diferencia por tener algo más de calidad. Al ser sin sabor puedo mezclarla directamente con las proteínas y tomarlo todo en un solo batido.
