Neutral flavor, not very soluble and precipitates to the bottom when mixed with water, with the Creapure patent. The packaging format is not particularly convenient. It would be preferable if it came in a jar. Otherwise very good

No taste, no feeling of taking a paste when you mix it with water. I currently mix it with protein shake and it is practically unnoticeable.
