I have noticed a lot of creatine in my gym routines. I strength train 3 days a week and before I often had stiffness and since taking creatine this has changed radically. I also notice that lifting the same weight the effort is less. The product has no taste but since it does not dissolve I personally do not like to take it with water because the sensation is like drinking water with sand.
He notado mucho la creatina en mis rutinas de gimnasio. Entreno fuerza 3 días por semana y antes tenía agujetas seguido y desde que tomo creatina esto ha cambiado radicalmente. También noto que levantando el mismo peso el esfuerzo es menor.
El producto no tiene sabor pero al no disolverse a mí personalmente no me gusta tomarlo con agua porque la sensación es de estar bebiendo agua con arena.
