Easy to dissolve and store, it doesn't throw powder all over the place like non-creatine creatine does. I think I notice a slight improvement in my performance, but I'm not sure.

Very good creatine I think it is the best I've tried. it dissolves very well and feels very good without stomach discomfort, what I miss a little is that it does not come in a jar I do not like the envelopes otherwise it is perfect I recommend it 100 percent.
