Junto con la L-Glutamina y un sueño reparador es el pack perfecto para recuperarte bien de los entrenos. Además contribuye a la creación de músculo, así que es imprescindible para los que queremos desarrollarlo. Tomada con cautela y paciencia (sin carga inicial y en pequeñas dosis) no presenta la parestesia típica del compuesto e igualmente es efectiva.
