The best I've ever tasted
I decided to take this product after reading and consulting many references. It is one of the most studied supplements, and I have to say that its effectiveness is quite noticeable after a few days of taking it. One thing to mention is that creatine does not increase your strength, but your performance. If you have an adequate performance when training (CrossFit in my case), you will progress quickly gaining strength, mobility and endurance. It goes perfect with the Evolate post-workout shake.
Me decidí a tomar este producto después de leer y consultar muchas referencias. Es uno de los suplementos más estudiados, y he de decir que su efectividad es bastante notoria tras unos cuantos días tomándolo. Una cosa que hay que mencionar es que, la creatina no aumenta tu fuerza, si no tu rendimiento. Si al entrenar (CrossFit en mi caso) tienes un rendimiento adecuado, progresarás rápidamente ganando fuerza, movilidad y fondo. Va perfecto con el batido Evolate post entreno.
