The best choice in the market
I am completely satisfied with it. For the quality it has its price is great. The presentation makes it look a very premium product because of its silver bag. I am also very grateful that it is creatine with the Creapure seal, because I am assured that the product will be of excellent quality. I take 5g of creatine with breakfast, just 60/90 minutes before training and the effects are very noticeable. Whether you train that day or not, you can take it as long as you take the correct amount according to your body weight. In the description of the product itself it is indicated how it is made, when to take it and why just to its effects. It is a supplement that has helped me a lot to progress in many areas, so I recommend it 100%.
Estoy completamente satisfecho con ella. Para la calidad que tiene su precio es genial. La presentación hace que se vea un producto muy premium por su bolsa plateada. Agradezco muchísimo también que sea creatina con el sello Creapure, porque me aseguro que el producto va a ser de una calidad excelente. Tomo 5gr de creatina junto al desayuno, justo 60/90 minutos antes de entrenar y se notan mucho los efectos. Entrenes o no ese día puedes tomarla siempre y cuando sean las cantidades correctas según tu peso corporal. En la propia descripción del producto se indica cómo la hacen, cuándo tomarla y el por qué justo a sus efectos. Es un suplemento que me ha ayudado mucho a progresar en muchos ámbitos, por lo que la recomiendo al 100%
