Good supplement, proven, everything great

Well, creatine is a supplement of proven effectiveness and safety. I have never had any side effects or discomfort. It doesn't smell or taste like anything. Super easy to take with prot, or just water. It carries the Creapure seal of quality. Super cheap. The only downside is that the opening system seems not very intuitive, and when I open it I do not understand the system well, my hand goes away and then I have to close it with a tweezers.

Bueno, la creatina es un suplemento de efectividad muy contrastada, así como su seguridad. Nunca he tenido ningún efecto secundario o molesta. No huele ni sabe a nada. Super fácil de tomar con las protes, o solo agua. Lleva al sello Creapure de máxima calidad. Super barata . EL único pero es que el sistema de abrirlo me parece poco intuitivo, y al abrirlo no entiendo bien el sistema, se me va la mano y luego la tengo que cerrar con una pinza de toda la vida.

Incredible performance of this high quality creatine, it dissolves phenomenally with the protein shake, essential product, perhaps the only drawback is the presentation due to the hermetic seal but it is almost unimportant.
