If you want to take creatine and you have an imperfect stomach you may not like them, I recommend pills to ration it better, even so creatine usually starts to feel better a few days after you start taking it and all the problem of going to the bathroom liquid is over. But it is a nuisance and if you know it will happen to you use pills better and take it 2 times a day.
Si quieres tomar creatina y tienes un estomago imperfecto puede que no te gusten, recomiendo pastillas para racionarlo mejor, aun así la creatina suele empezar a sentar mejor unos días después de empezar a tomarla y ya se pasa todo el problema de ir al baño liquido. Pero es una molestia y si sabes que te va a pasar usa pastillas mejor y tómalo en 2 veces al día.
