I like Excell 100% creapure creatine powder. As it is in powder form, it can be taken in different ways and at any time of the day. I really don't know what difference it can have with the one that is not 100% creapure since I haven't tried the other one.

La creatina en polvo Excell 100% creapure me gusta. Al ser en polvo permite tomarla de distintas maneras y en cualquier momento del día. Realmente no sé que diferencia puede tener con la que no es 100% creapure ya que la otra no la he probado.
